The building is located in Škofljica, within the rapidly developing Škofljica business and trade zone.
The building's location is only 4.9 km (8 minutes’ drive) away from the Ljubljana Rudnik shopping center. It is also 4.9 km from the Ljubljana - Jug highway junction, while the Šmarje - Sap highway junction is just 3.7 km (5 minutes’ drive) away.

They are situated on two floors (ground floor and first floor) with a passenger elevator installed in the building.

Operating costs will be agreed upon before signing the contract, and given that it's a new construction, it is expected that operating costs will be low.
The monthly rental price for 1 parking space is 15 EUR + 22% VAT.

Additional terms and conditions: The future tenant assumes the payment of the additional services, ie. the drafting of the lease contract, which includes the following services of the agent: performance of the hand-over and the drafting of the hand-over protocol, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions and preparation and storage of pictorial material, all according to the price list, which constitutes an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions, so that the future tenant takes over the payment of the additional services in the one-off amount of EUR 21,810.00 + 22 % VAT, all together EUR 26,608.20.
