We are selling a house (a semi-detached unit) in Vrhovci, Ljubljana, which was built in 1967.

It comprises 3 floors (ground floor + first floor + attic) and an unfinished attic.

Next to the house there is a carport for 1 car, in front of the house there is space for 2-3 more cars, a garden or the atrium is located behind the house.

According to the cadastre, the house measures 166 m2 (of which approx. 150 m2 is net residential area), while the land measures 340 m2 (of which 79 m2 is building space).
