b) on agricultural land of more than 20,000 m2 with at least 400 trees olive tree as a ground floor building with a floor plan area of ​​up to 100 m2 ;
c) on agricultural land of more than 30,000 m2 with at least 600 trees olive tree as a ground-floor building with a floor plan area of ​​up to 200 m2 . (2) Exceptionally from paragraph (1) of this article, and in the case when the area of ​​the olive grove exceeds 3.0 ha, it is possible at a distance of more than 300.0 m from the coastline, that the olive tavern - tasting room it also serves to provide catering and tourist services
