The roof is thermally insulated with a 40 cm thick layer of mineral wool, and the facade with a 24 cm thick layer of XPS insulation. The wooden part of the facade is clad in Siberian larch of the highest quality (without knots).

The mezzanine constructions are reinforced concrete, thermally and acoustically insulated with a total of 12 cm Styrodura and Styrofoam for underfloor heating

All windows in the building are from the manufacturer M SORA - wooden (larch) with three-layer thermal insulation glazing.

The heating of the building is primarily provided by a heat pump (air/water). There is underfloor heating throughout the building.

The house has a built-in central ventilation system with heat recovery and a cooling system in the summer months.

Each floor has its own air conditioning.

The house is being sold fully furnished.

It is located in the very center of Stika. The special location and the size of the land allow for really nice privacy.
