We are mediating the sale of a detached house in a quiet location in the village of Podstudenec near Kamnik. The house was built in 1952, in 2023 it underwent extensive renovation. It lies on a spacious plot measuring 1,282 m2 with views of the meadows of the surrounding valley and hills.
