On plot 2569 1237/3 there is an abandoned building, building ID 2569-61, house address Javorje 55, Hrpelje - Kozina, according to GURS year 1825, renovated in 1960, NTP 80 m2. The facility is located on land with agricultural use, where residential buildings are not permitted. The building has two floors (groundfloor+atic), next to it there is an auxiliary building. The land plots lie together and form a closed whole, in nature they represent partly cultivated agricultural land, partly forest/overgrown land by the Gabrško potok. The terrain is mostly flat. The plots lie together and form a complete whole. They are located in the immediate vicinity of the building or of the former brickyard complex. In nature, they represent partly functional land and an access road to the building and partly a forest on a larger slope. SDH has a 20% ownership ideal share in both plots, which represents 470.4 m2.

A seller will increase its final net price, which has been set for a property taxed by a real estate transfer tax and acquired by the seller under the VAT system,  by an adjustment for the deduction of the input VAT which will arise when making the sale outside the VAT system to those buyers who are not entitled to deduct the full amount of the input VAT in accordance with Article 45 of the Value Added Tax (ZDDV-1).
