From the library we come to another large space in the basement, which is currently being renovated for a tavern with a fireplace, and to which, after the renovation, it will be possible to descend from the living room above.

The large yard is surrounded by a stone wall, the garden is landscaped, in front of the terrace there is a lawn that is not in the pictures, and cypresses grow along the stone wall.
