The mezzanine constructions are reinforced concrete, thermally and acoustically insulated with a total of 12 cm Styrodura and Styrofoam for underfloor heating All windows in the building are from the manufacturer M SORA - wooden (larch) with three-layer thermal insulation glazing.

The heating of the building is primarily provided by a heat pump (air/water). There is underfloor heating throughout the building.

The house has a built-in central ventilation system with heat recovery and a cooling system in the summer months. It is equipped with a security video system. Each floor has its own air conditioning. The house is sold fully furnished.
