• heating and cooling is performed via Daikin heat pumps (2 heat pumps, one for the pool and the other for the house - in case of failure, one can take over the function of the other),
• pool technology includes: Hugo Lame counter-current swimming, massage jets, salt electrolysis (chlorine-free chlorination), and the pool is designed as an overflow so that it has automatic water replenishment. Filter cleaning is also automatic (pressure regulated). The pool has a built-in water purification system and is heated via its own heat pump. The pool is covered with an in-ground roller shutter cover that can withstand between 20 and 30kg,
• the lawn is irrigated with a sprinkler system and drip irrigation,
• garden lighting is automatic via Photo-eye (identical to public lighting) with the possibility of limiting the length of illumination.
