The access (transportation) route is arranged through the main entrance and is shared with other tenants (there is no time limit on use, the space is accessible 24/7).

The internal dimensions of the room are 19.5 m x 24.5 m, the ceiling height is between 5 m and 7.5 m.

The rent for the entire space is €5/m2 + VAT; current costs are divided according to consumption (where possible) or by agreement - a flat rate, where they are distributed according to a pre-agreed key.

A seller will increase its final net price, which has been set for a property taxed by a real estate transfer tax and acquired by the seller under the VAT system,  by an adjustment for the deduction of the input VAT which will arise when making the sale outside the VAT system to those buyers who are not entitled to deduct the full amount of the input VAT in accordance with Article 45 of the Value Added Tax (ZDDV-1).
