The apartment includes an entrance hall, a living room with an exit to the atrium with a terrace, a separate bedroom and a bathroom.

Meters are separate - water and electricity.

The facility has outdoor cameras, underfloor heating.

Attached parking space (1x to 2x) and storage room (3.5m2).

- UV sauna and small office

- outdoor common area, terrace with table for socializing, outdoor jacuzzi

- internal common area, table for socializing

Included services:

- exercise twice a week

- cleaning

- Lunch / meals during the week

- grass cutting (per 14 days during the season from April to October)

- digitization hour once a week (editing the mobile bank, purchases on the Internet, help in filling out forms)

Possibility of additional services for an additional fee:

Accommodation conditions:

- one person or couple

- an elderly person with pensioner or disabled status

- maximum 2 people in one apartment

- pets are not allowed or by agreement

- rental period for one year with the possibility of extension

The price including VAT is 1850 euros.

Operating costs are additionally paid.

The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 1850 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 2196.

VAT is charged only on additional services, not on rent!
