Rental conditions:

Apartment rental price: 1,200 EUR/month.

Monthly operating costs are not included in the rental price.

Operating costs depend on consumption (water, electricity, heating, power, management, TV and internet, garage...). Operating costs are paid by the tenant separately from the rent.

Upon agreement, it is also possible to rent 1 parking space in the building's garage.

The price of renting a parking space is EUR 150/month.

The tenant is obliged to pay a security deposit in the amount of two rents.

The contract is concluded at a notary public. The costs of drawing up the contract, and the possible presence of a court interpreter at the time of signing, are borne by the lessee and the lessor each up to ½.

Pets are not allowed in the appartment.

The apartment is available for occupancy from  May 2024 onwards.
