We rent offices in a modern and functional building, which has three underground floors with a total of 135 parking spaces + 17 parking spaces in the yard. Available for rent 10 pp per floor at a price of €110/pp + VAT (including operating costs).

The floors are accessed by three elevators, one of which is a fire elevator (it also works in case of fire), and via two staircases (allows the floor to be divided). The area of 350 m2 represents approximately half of the floor. The exact area would be calculated after the division agreement.

After the division, each room would still have its own toilets and makeshift kitchen.

The offices we offer are self-contained and have their own toilets, a kitchenette and are equipped with a TK network and furniture. The basic layout of the premises can be adapted to the tenant, as most of the walls are drywall.

Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:

- The bail amounts to: EUR 10,000,
- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: handover of the property and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 5,600 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 6,832
