We are mediating in the rental of a 2-room apartment in an exclusive new building in Samova in Bežigrad neighbourhood, that was built in 2024 and cosists of a total of thirteen apartments. The apartment covers 49.3 m2 gross and 38.7 m2 net living space. It has one parking space in the garage, which is accessed by an elevator. There is also a 3.5 m2 storage room in the basement floor.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall measuring 2.4 m2, a bathroom with a shower measuring 4.3 m2, a living room with a kitchen and a dining area measuring 22.7 m2, and a bedroom with an area of 9.3 m2.

The double-sided loggia measuring 7.1 m2 with a wooden floor is an extension of the living room, it is accessed via large sliding glass surfaces from both the bedroom and the living room.

The apartment is rented fully furnished (custom-made built-in wardrobes, stove with built-in hood, dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator with freezer section). The tenant provides a mattress and a TV.

The lessor's condition for concluding the transaction: the lessee pays part of the cost of drawing up the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate business companies, i.e. the tenant pays EUR 1,200 plus 22% VAT for the advertised rent.
