It is very spacious, bright and located in a quiet/green area.

The block is modernly built and has an elevator.

The total area measures 63.4 m2, of which 59.4 m2 is net residential area, the storage room in the basement measures 4 m2.

The two parking spaces are large enough and each of them measures 12.5 m2.

Rent is paid for the current month (no advance payment required) and does not include operating costs.

Lessor or the owner of the property stipulates the conclusion of the lease agreement in such a way that the tenant pays the cost of drawing up the lease agreement in the amount of one month's rent + VAT.
