In a wonderful land of vineyards, thermal spas, beautiful nature, fantastic views and peaceful life, we are selling a property with a house, a canopy under which a large old press stands, and partly building and mostly agricultural land. The offer is located in the well-known area of ​​Prlekija, in the Ljutomersko-Ormoška wine-growing region. In recent years, an increasingly recognizable area with terraced vineyards and beautiful views of the near and far surroundings attracts people from near and far and where real estate is increasingly being sold.  The land with buildings is located on the northwestern slope of the vineyard bank. We can say that the entire land has the shape of a kind of triangle. The facilities are located at the lowest point of the land. From there, the plot extends all the way to the top of the bank. As said, most of the real estate is defined as agricultural land, according to our estimate at least 80% of the total land, and the rest, where the buildings stand, is building land.
