Ljubljana is the capital of Slovenia, and you can find everything you need there. The BTC area is one of the most important districts in Ljubljana. It is characterised by more than 450 shops, one of the largest SPAR shopping centres and everything that is important in retail and the entertainment sector. If you compare the BTC area with the Shoppingcenter Süd in Vienna, you will be surprised to see that the BTC is twice as big as the SCS, that both have between 21 and 25 million visitors per year, and that the BTC has 120 more shops than the SCS.

On Šmartinska Street, which connects the BTC area with the city centre, there is a new building with the house number 147. The house offers 62 apartments, some of which are rented and others are sold.

We are now allowed to rent out the largest of the apartments, and it is a great pleasure for us to write these words. The apartment is not yet furnished, this will be done by January or February 2022, and from then on, the apartment will be available.

The owner is a manufacturer of exclusive furniture and exclusive kitchens, and he intends to furnish the apartment at its best. We are happy to accept tenants' wishes when furnishing the apartment. You can reach the penthouse by car in one minute after leaving the bypass motorway. You can park comfortably in the closed garage and have 2 parking spaces at your disposal, as well as a locked individual storage room in the basement. Public transport is practically at the door, and after 50 metres you are at the bus stop.

From the garage you enter the lift, which takes you to the fourth floor, and you are already standing in front of your new Penthouse. The burglar-proof door is multipoint locked and has an electronic door peephole that even allows you to discreetly take photos of your visitors.

The rent for the apartment is 2200€ per month, plus the running costs. When signing the rental contract, a deposit of 2 net monthly rents will be charged in addition, which will be settled or returned to the tenant at the end of the rental period. The landlord is responsible for the preparation of the rental contract, as well as for all costs incurred by the real estate agency.
