I am renting an apartment on the first floor of a multi-apartment house, located in a quiet and green location not far from Šmarna gora and the Sava river. Nearby is the city bus No. 8, post office, bank, shops (Mercator, Spar). The apartment has a parking space in the yard. The apartment is heated by a pellet stove in combination with an oil central heating system. It is rented with an equipped kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms are rented unfurnished. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, the apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room and a balcony. Due to the smaller bedrooms, I rent the apartment to a couple with a maximum of one child. The security deposit in the amount of the monthly rent is paid in advance. Rent and costs are paid until the 10th of the current month. The costs are a flat rate of 180 EUR.
